晋(jìn )陆(lù )翽(huì )《邺(yè )中(zhōng )记(jì )》:“寒(hán )食(shí )三(sān )日(rì )作(zuò )醴(lǐ )酪(lào ),又(yòu )煮(zhǔ )粳(jīng )米(mǐ )及(jí )麦(mài )为(wéi )酪(lào ),擣(chóu )杏(xìng )仁(rén )煮(zhǔ )作(zuò )粥(zhōu )。”
唐(táng )韦(wéi )应(yīng )物(wù )《清(qīng )明(míng )日(rì )忆(yì )诸(zhū )弟(dì )》诗(shī ):“杏(xìng )粥(zhōu )犹(yóu )堪(kān )食(shí ),榆(yú )羹(gēng )已(yǐ )稍(shāo )煎(jiān )。”
