宋(sòng )林(lín )洪(hóng )《山(shān )家(jiā )清(qīng )供(gòng )·梅(méi )粥(zhōu )》:“扫(sǎo )落(luò )梅(méi )英(yīng )拣(jiǎn )淨(jìng )洗(xǐ )之(zhī ),用(yòng )雪(xuě )水(shuǐ )同(tóng )上(shàng )白(bái )米(mǐ )煮(zhǔ )粥(zhōu ),候(hòu )熟(shú ),入(rù )英(yīng )同(tóng )煮(zhǔ )。
杨(yáng )诚(chéng )斋(zhāi )诗(shī )曰(yuē ):‘纔(shān )看(kàn )腊(là )后(hòu )得(dé )春(chūn )饶(ráo ),愁(chóu )见(jiàn )风(fēng )前(qián )作(zuò )雪(xuě )飘(piāo )。脱(tuō )蕊(ruǐ )收(shōu )将(jiāng )熬(áo )粥(zhōu )喫(kài ),落(luò )英(yīng )仍(réng )好(hǎo )当(dāng )香(xiāng )烧(shāo )。’”
