谓(wèi )在(zài )宴(yàn )席(xí )中(zhōng )进(jìn )献(xiàn )菜(cài )肴(yáo )。亦(yì )指(zhǐ )在(zài )进(jìn )餐(cān )时(shí )把(bǎ )菜(cài )肴(yáo )端(duān )上(shàng )桌(zhuō )。
《儒(rú )林(lín )外(wài )史(shǐ )》第(dì )十(shí )二(èr )回(huí ):“酒(jiǔ )席(xí )齐(qí )备(bèi ),十(shí )几(jǐ )个(gè )阔(kuò )衣(yī )高(gāo )帽(mào )的(de )管(guǎn )家(jiā ),在(zài )船(chuán )头(tóu )上(shàng )更(gèng )番(fān )斟(zhēn )酒(jiǔ )上(shàng )菜(cài ),那(nà )食(shí )品(pǐn )之(zhī )精(jīng )洁(jié ),茶(chá )酒(jiǔ )之(zhī )清(qīng )香(xiāng ),不(bú )消(xiāo )细(xì )说(shuō )。”
《红(hóng )楼(lóu )梦(mèng )》第(dì )五(wǔ )五(wǔ )回(huí ):“侍(shì )书(shū )、素(sù )云(yún )早(zǎo )已(yǐ )抬(tái )过(guò )一(yī )张(zhāng )小(xiǎo )饭(fàn )桌(zhuō )来(lái )。
平(píng )儿(ér )也(yě )忙(máng )着(zhe )上(shàng )菜(cài )。”
燕(yàn )谷(gǔ )老(lǎo )人(rén )《续(xù )孽(niè )海(hǎi )花(huā )》第(dì )四(sì )三(sān )回(huí ):“一(yī )时(shí )斟(zhēn )酒(jiǔ )上(shàng )菜(cài ),各(gè )人(rén )兴(xìng )高(gāo )采(cǎi )烈(liè )。”
