北(běi )魏(wèi )贾(jiǎ )思(sī )勰(xié )《齐(qí )民(mín )要(yào )术(shù )·羹(gēng )臛(huò )法(fǎ )》:“《食(shí )经(jīng )》曰(yuē ):蓴(tuán )羹(gēng ),鱼(yú )长(zhǎng )二(èr )寸(cùn ),唯(wéi )蓴(tuán )不(bú )切(qiē )。鲤(lǐ )鱼(yú ),冷(lěng )水(shuǐ )入(rù )蓴(tuán );白(bái )鱼(yú ),冷(lěng )水(shuǐ )入(rù )蓴(tuán ),沸(fèi )入(rù )鱼(yú )与(yǔ )咸(xián )豉(chǐ )。”
