即(jí )咸(xián )鸭(yā )蛋(dàn )。因(yīn )用(yòng )杬(yuán )木(mù )皮(pí )汁(zhī )和(hé )盐(yán )腌(yān )渍(zì ),故(gù )名(míng )。后(hòu )来(lái )也(yě )用(yòng )米(mǐ )汤(tāng )和(hé )入(rù )盐(yán )草(cǎo )灰(huī )腌(yān )渍(zì )。
明(míng )陶(táo )宗(zōng )仪(yí )《辍(chuò )耕(gēng )录(lù )·咸(xián )杬(yuán )子(zǐ )》:“今(jīn )人(rén )以(yǐ )米(mǐ )汤(tāng )和(hé )入(rù )盐(yán )草(cǎo )灰(huī )以(yǐ )团(tuán )鸭(yā )卵(luǎn ),谓(wèi )曰(yuē )咸(xián )杬(yuán )子(zǐ )。按(àn )《齐(qí )民(mín )要(yào )术(shù )》:‘用(yòng )杬(yuán )木(mù )皮(pí )淹(yān )渍(zì ),故(gù )名(míng )之(zhī )。’”参(cān )阅(yuè )宋(sòng )洪(hóng )迈(mài )《容(róng )斋(zhāi )续(xù )笔(bǐ )·咸(xián )杬(yuán )子(zǐ )》。
